What is the Brikk Theme?
Brikk is a directory and booking theme by Utillz that runs on the Routiz listing engine and Brikk Utilities, with Elementor for pages, listing layouts, search forms and booking flows. It supports daily, hourly and appointment bookings, WooCommerce payments, availability calendars, seasonal pricing, deposits and iCalendar sync. Version 3.3.1 in July 2026 added payment status filters, booking status automation and security fixes.
Booking directories fail when calendars disagree. On Brikk sites we see iCal feeds out of sync with Airbnb or Booking.com, deposits not explained to guests, seasonal prices left at defaults, search forms with too many fields and pending payments piling up. We customize Brikk so iCal syncs on a schedule, deposit and balance terms show before checkout, seasonal pricing is set per listing type, search uses the fields guests care about and pending bookings expire automatically.
