Welcome to Elementor Experts. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services and the project management platform provided by Coresol Studio LLC, doing business as Elementor Experts (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

1.1 Client: Any individual or business entity that creates an account on the Platform or engages our Services.

1.2 Services: Includes web development, WordPress development, design, SEO, digital marketing, and related services delivered by the Company.

1.3 Platform: The project management application located at app.elementorexperts.com, used to facilitate project communication, file sharing, estimates, payments, and delivery.

1.4 Deliverables: Any work product, designs, code, or assets created for the Client.

1.5 Expert: An employee or team member of Coresol Studio LLC assigned to work on Client projects.


2. Account Registration & Access

2.1 To use the Platform, you must create an account with a valid email address and accurate personal information.

2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2.3 You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

2.4 We reserve the right to suspend or deactivate any account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, abuse, inactivity, or violation of these Terms.

2.5 You may sign in using third-party authentication providers (e.g., Google). By doing so, you authorize us to access basic profile information (name and email) from that provider.


3. Services & Project Workflow

3.1 Services will be provided as outlined in the proposal, estimate, or written agreement submitted through the Platform.

3.2 Clients may submit project requests through the Platform. The Company will review each request and assign a qualified Expert from our team.

3.3 All services are performed in accordance with industry standards by employees of Coresol Studio LLC.

3.4 Project communication, file sharing, and progress tracking are conducted through the Platform’s workroom. Clients are expected to use the Platform as the primary channel for project-related communication.

3.5 Any change in project scope requires written approval through the Platform and may affect cost and timeline.

3.6 The Company reserves the right to decline or cancel a project at any stage if it determines the project is not feasible or falls outside our expertise.


4. Estimates & Approvals

4.1 The Company will provide a cost estimate for each project or task through the Platform.

4.2 Work will commence only after the Client has reviewed and approved the estimate through the Platform.

4.3 Client approval through the Platform (clicking “Approve” or equivalent) constitutes written acceptance and authorization to proceed.

4.4 Approved estimates are binding. Changes to scope after approval may result in additional charges.


5. Payment Terms

5.1 All fees are defined in the estimate or agreement presented through the Platform.

5.2 Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service.

5.3 The Company does not store your credit card information. All payment data is handled directly by Stripe.

5.4 One-Time Projects: Payment is due upon approval of the estimate, unless a different payment schedule is agreed upon in writing.

5.5 Retainer & Subscription Services: Recurring payments are billed automatically at the agreed interval. You authorize the Company to charge your payment method on file for each billing cycle.

5.6 Retainer Cancellation: You may cancel a retainer or subscription at any time through the Platform. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining period.

5.7 All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

5.8 Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services and restricted access to the Platform.

5.9 Client agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting the Company to resolve the issue.

5.10 All payments are processed by Coresol Studio LLC via Stripe. Charges may appear on your bank statement under Coresol Studio LLC or a related descriptor.


6. Client Responsibilities

6.1 Client must provide all required content, access credentials, and feedback in a timely manner through the Platform.

6.2 Client warrants that all provided materials (text, images, logos, etc.) do not infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights.

6.3 Delays caused by the Client — including delayed feedback, missing content, or unavailability — may impact delivery timelines and do not constitute a breach by the Company.

6.4 Client is responsible for maintaining their own backups of any content or credentials shared through the Platform.


7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All Deliverables remain the property of the Company until full payment is received.

7.2 Upon full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Deliverables for their intended purpose.

7.3 The Company retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7.4 Any pre-existing intellectual property, third-party assets (stock photos, plugins, themes), or open-source components used in Deliverables remain subject to their respective licenses.


8. Files & Content

8.1 Files uploaded through the Platform are stored securely and are accessible only to authorized parties involved in the project (Client, assigned Expert, and Company administrators).

8.2 The Company is not responsible for data loss due to circumstances beyond our control. Clients are encouraged to maintain their own copies of important files.

8.3 Upon project completion or account termination, the Company may retain project files for a reasonable period for record-keeping purposes.

8.4 You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights.


9. Confidentiality

9.1 Both parties agree to protect any confidential information shared during the course of a project, including but not limited to business strategies, login credentials, and proprietary data.

9.2 Confidential information shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent, unless required by law.

9.3 Messages and files exchanged through the Platform are treated as confidential project communication.


10. Revisions & Quality

10.1 Reasonable revisions are included as defined in the approved estimate or proposal.

10.2 Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be quoted and billed separately.

10.3 Client approval of deliverables — whether through the Platform, email, or other written communication — constitutes acceptance of the work.


11. Third-Party Services

11.1 The Company is not responsible for the performance, availability, or terms of third-party tools, plugins, hosting providers, APIs, or payment processors used in connection with our Services or the Platform.

11.2 Costs related to third-party services (hosting, domain names, premium plugins, etc.) are the Client’s responsibility unless explicitly included in the estimate.


12. Termination

12.1 Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice through the Platform or email.

12.2 Upon termination, the Client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination.

12.3 Deposits and payments for completed work are non-refundable.

12.4 The Company reserves the right to deactivate your Platform account upon termination of the business relationship or for any violation of these Terms.


13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our Services or the Platform.

13.2 The Company’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific project in question.

13.3 The Platform is provided “as is.” While we strive for continuous availability, the Company does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for any downtime or technical issues.


14. Privacy & Data

14.1 By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of personal data necessary to provide our Services, including your name, email address, and project-related information.

14.2 We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

15. Acceptable Use

15.1 You agree not to use the Platform to:

  • Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Upload malicious software or harmful content
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or Company staff
  • Circumvent the Platform to arrange direct payments outside the agreed terms

15.2 Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension or termination.


16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction of Coresol Studio LLC.


17. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our Services or the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
