Do you use a staging environment before applying updates?
Yes, on the Growth, Commerce and Partner plans. Updates are tested on a staging copy of your site with visual checks before they go live, which removes the risk of a bad update breaking your live site and affecting visitors or sales. Lite and Essential do not include staging.
What happens if my site goes down?
Uptime monitoring runs on every plan, so we are alerted as soon as your site goes down. You can send an emergency request through WhatsApp or the emergency form at any time, and it goes to the front of the queue. Commerce plan clients get priority response, and every plan includes off-site backups so we can restore your site from the latest one.
Do you maintain websites you did not build?
Yes. We maintain any Elementor website regardless of who built it. All new clients begin with a website audit where we review the site's current health, plugin stack, backup status, and security posture. This gives us the baseline we need to provide effective ongoing maintenance from day one.
Is this service monthly or annual?
You can pay monthly or yearly. Monthly plans have no contract and you can cancel at any time. Paying yearly gives you 2 months free.
