What is the Ireca Theme?
Ireca is a rental theme by Ovatheme, sold as Reca Rent Anything, for car hire, bike, boat, camera and equipment rental businesses. It runs on Elementor and WooCommerce with Ovatheme’s rental plugin, which supports daily, hourly, mixed and fixed period rentals, separate IDs for each vehicle so stock is tracked unit by unit, and pickup and drop off locations shown on a map. WPML handles multilingual sites. Versions 1.8.4 to 1.8.6 were security releases, and 1.9.1 on October 9, 2026 was another security update.
Rental logic is easy to break. On Ireca sites we see units booked twice because IDs were not set, hourly and daily rules clashing, maps showing old branches and the rental plugin left behind the theme. We set unit IDs, tidy pricing rules, refresh locations and apply security releases on staging.
